• Opened bedding or pillows (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)

• Sale or clearance items (final sale)

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
